Pets are welcome, we are a PET friendly hotel. You can add a pet during the reservation process.

Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We cannot confirm early check-in and late check-out in advance, as they depend on room availability on the day of arrival at the hotel, or departure from the hotel.

A limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are included in the price. Their reservation is not possible.

Parking is located within the building and is free of charge.

The exact number or location of the accommodation unit cannot be reserved in advance. We try to fulfill all wishes according to the possibilities of the hotel on the day of arrival.

The hotel’s outdoor swimming pools can be used by external guests for a surcharge.

Accomodation of a person on an extra bed is charged additionally, while the use of a baby cot is not charged. Advance notice is required for an extra bed and a baby cot.

For hotel guests who have booked accommodation, the use of the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna (2 hours) is included in the accommodation price.

The use of additional wellness services (massages, facial treatments) is charged according to the wellness price list.
