The villa can accommodate up to five guests and features two spacious bedrooms with large double beds, three bathrooms, and an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and terrace. Guests have access to a private parking space, a garden, and a balcony, while an additional room with a sofa bed and a private bathroom is ideal for discreet companions or staff.

The lower floor of the villa will open as a completely new area designed for socialising and relaxation. A dining room with a large table will be perfect for shared meals, an additional kitchen with a wine fridge and glassware will enable relaxed evening gatherings, and a billiards table will add character to the space. The villa will also offer its own sauna and a private gym, ideal for training sessions or moments of rest in peace and privacy.

Pets are welcome, we are a PET friendly hotel. You can add a pet during the reservation process.
Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
We cannot confirm early check-in and late check-out in advance, as they depend on room availability on the day of arrival at the hotel, or departure from the hotel.
A limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are included in the price. Their reservation is not possible.

Parking is located within the building and is free of charge.
The exact number or location of the accommodation unit cannot be reserved in advance. We try to fulfill all wishes according to the possibilities of the hotel on the day of arrival.
The hotel’s swimming pools can be used by external guests for a surcharge.
The use of a baby cot is not charged. Advance notice is required for a baby cot.
For hotel guests who have booked accommodation, the use of the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna (2 hours) is included in the accommodation price.
The use of additional wellness services (massages, facial treatments) is charged according to the wellness price list.
