Your private piece of paradise – our villa with a private pool for up to eight guests. Villas of this type are located on the southern, elevated part of the resort, offering breathtaking views of the Istrian landscape, the sea, and both sunrise and sunset, which you can also enjoy from your own rooftop infinity pool.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms with large double beds and six bathrooms, designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. The open-plan living area connects the dining space with a kitchen suited for everyday use, whether for preparing meals or spending quality time together. An additional studio apartment is ideal for discreet companions or staff. The living area extends to a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and a luxuriously designed balcony, perfect for relaxation and socialising, while the villa also includes a private garden. In addition, a garage for two cars is provided.

The lower floor of the villa will feature areas for relaxation and entertainment, where you can enjoy light workouts, a glass of wine, or an evening with billiards and a movie in peace and privacy.

Pets are welcome, we are a PET friendly hotel. You can add a pet during the reservation process.
Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
We cannot confirm early check-in and late check-out in advance, as they depend on room availability on the day of arrival at the hotel, or departure from the hotel.
A limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are included in the price. Their reservation is not possible.

Parking is located within the building and is free of charge.
The exact number or location of the accommodation unit cannot be reserved in advance. We try to fulfill all wishes according to the possibilities of the hotel on the day of arrival.
The hotel’s swimming pools can be used by external guests for a surcharge.
The use of a baby cot is not charged. Advance notice is required for a baby cot.
For hotel guests who have booked accommodation, the use of the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna (2 hours) is included in the accommodation price.
The use of additional wellness services (massages, facial treatments) is charged according to the wellness price list.
